ACA Compliance is as important to us as it is to our clients. It affects all of us, and we aim to maintain a thorough understanding of today’s regulations as well as the impact that any future changes may have on employers and their employees. We utilize a state of the art software platform that provides necessary compliance reports.

Our reporting platform provides our customers with the following powerful compliance tools:

  • Look Back Report – this report option will produce a summary Look Back report and Monthly Detail report, which includes seasonal or custom variables set for employees where applicable.

  • Affordability Report – The affordability of the health coverage is calculated and reported based on the Employee Health Insurance Premium Deduction, gross wages for the designated Look Back period, and the Affordability Percentage designated for the employer.

  • Affordability What-If Report – The projected affordability of the health coverage is calculated and reported based on the Employee Health Insurance Premium Deduction, gross wages for the designated Look Back period and the Affordability Percentage designated for the employer, as well as the What If? Gross Wages and Health Premium percentages designated.

  • Wage Requirement Report - The affordability of the health coverage is calculated based on the Employee Health Insurance Premium Deduction, gross wages for the designated Look Back period, and the Affordability Percentage designated.

  • Employee Coverage Report – The report includes Work Status and Coverage Offered for each respective employee.

  • Employee Status Report – This report includes each employee and Work Status – whether it be full-time, part-time, seasonal, or variable.

  • Employee Status Change Report – The report includes employees with Look Back status and date changes.
